The ICC Immersive Application (“App”) is owned and operated by Quidich Innovation Labs Private Limited (“Quidich”, “we”, “our”, and “us”). The App provides an online platform to view sportsbroadcast using augmented reality and virtual reality (collectively the “Services”). Any data collected by Apple is governed by their privacy policy, and we encourage you to review it to understand how your information may behandled by them.
b. When using the Apple Vision Pro, please be aware that the device’s cameras may capture visual data from the surrounding environment for Apple. We do not have controlover this data collection and Apple’s privacy policies and terms of use shall apply to suchdata.

If we learn that wehave collected a child’s information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
Every visitor of our App and every user of our Services must comply with all provisions of allapplicable laws for the time being in force while exercising rights under this Private Policy.
While we do not collect any data, we take the security of our App seriously. Our App is designed with security features to ensure a safe and private user experience. Any interactions with the App are secure and free from unauthorized access. However, unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do ourbest to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Appand you agree that any transmission is at your own risk.
